Q: Where do orders ship from?
A: DiscountWitch fulfillment warehouse is located in Massachusetts.
Q: How do you ship orders?
A: Our standard shipping method is USPS, ocassionally we use Fed-ex or UPS for larger, heavier packages.
Q: I don't want anyone knowing whats in the box?
A: Our packaging is very discreet. The only exception is the return address label which has our company name on it.
Q: How long will to take to receive my order?
A: Our standard shipping method (cheapest) is shipping out the same business day if ordered before our daily order processing, otherwise it will be shipped out the next business day.
Q: What is my tracking number?
A: Tracking number are updated in our system the day after processing. When your tracking number is issued you will be notified via the email or phone number you used.
Q: How Can I track my package?
A: If you opted to create an account with us when you check out, you can log in to your account here to track your package. If you didn't create an account then you will have to give customer service a call or reach out via live chat.
Most orders are shipped via USPS will have a delivery confirmation number, but we will not be able to accurately track USPS deliveries that are international. This includes orders shipped via the USPS to APO addresses. Larger orders tend to be shipped via UPS or Fedex. All orders delivered via UPS or Fedex have a tracking that we will be able to accurately track.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Our standard shipping is shipped out either the same business day if ordered before our daily order processing, otherwise the following day. Delivery is usually by Postal Mail(USPS) (sometimes by UPS or Fedex for heavy orders) and takes 2-5 business days. Most of our orders reach our customers within 2-3 business days.
Q: What is my shipping cost?
A: Shipping rates can be estimated on the cart page and are calculated during checkout before any payment is taken.
The shipping rates we use are weight based and rounded up to the next full pound. All of DiscountWitch.com's rates are direct from the carrier. We don't make money on shipping. And if you order over $99* or more we lose money on shipping :)
** Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
DiscountWitch.com is a verified Shopify Merchant and we do not store any credit cards details on our site if you wish to save your information for checkout at a later date your credit card will be securely stored on Shopify Pay. We cannot access any of your credit card details or see anything other than the last 4 digits of the credit card used to make a purchase. Your details are completely safe with our site. SECURITY IS SERIOUS, WE PAY A LOT FOR OUR TOP NOTCH SECURITY!
Q: My item is on backorder whats that mean?
A: Back Order Policy
Our backorder policy for drop ship orders is as follows:
- Domestic orders are shipped out automatically, You will be notified on the packing slip that the item is back ordered. Exception on back orders, that have not come in within a 2 month time frame you will be notified that we have canceled the back ordered items.
- Back-ordered items on international orders are canceled and the order is shipped. You will be notified as to all out of stock items. Item cancelation saves your you duty fees based on items on the packing slip that were not received and saves you extensive shipping fees for items that ship out separately.
- You may also work out an alternate arrangement with one of our customer service representatives, although we are not able to meet all requests.
Backorders can be added as store credit to your account, partially refunded or in exchange for an item that is in stock.
Q: My product arrived damaged?
DiscountWitch.com will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Discountwitch.com
Q: What is your return shipping address?
The return address is on the box we shipped you. You can use the same box to ship the items back. It's your responsibility to cover shipping when returning items.

We will ship anywhere that will accept packages from the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that if you contact us with changes and your order has already been processed for shipping we may not be able to make adjustments.
We are not liable for any duty charges.
Q: How long will it take my package to reach customs?
We typically get packages to customs in 3-5 business days. REMEMBER It's your responsibility to cover duties and fees into your country.
Q: How do I open up a wholesale account?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your business name, address, phone number, and someone from our wholesale department will reach out to you.
Q: Where do I enter my discount code?
A: Your discount code is to be entered during the checkout process on the shipping method section. We cannot apply a discount after your order has been processed. So please make sure to enter the code before processing your payment.
